Our employees are all factory trained technicians who specialize in installing our products.
They are also trained in union labor. In addition, they have attended and completed a minimum 10 hour OSHA safety course. Likewise, our supervisors have attended and completed a 30 hour OSHA class. These all ensure the proper procedures for chemical resin injection grouting throughout New York. Several key employees are trained to work in confined spaces that require permits as well.
Besides just these precautions, our technicians receive annual physicals to ensure a safer workplace. Moreover, for each and every project, all employees are required to attend site-specific training. We also hold weekly tool box safety meetings throughout the project; these are thoroughly documented in our records.

J.R Gombert
J.R. is a fourth generation member of this long-time New York chemical resin injection grouting family business. He’s been a member of Painters & Allied Trades’ local union 1486 for over 20 years, acquiring experience and expertise in all aspects of special coatings and linings.
He oversees the day-to-the-day operations of The Gombert Organization. He’s also the one in charge of anything concerning estimation, such as installation crews, equipment and materials. Additionally, he serves as the Safety Office, who skillfully prepares site specific safety plans.
Constantly updating and staying on top of his own O.S.H.A. training, J.R. also provides for The Gombert Organization’s employees to experience on-going safety training when it comes to chemical resin injection grouting in New York.
Furthermore, he has been an active member of the St. James Fire Department for over 30 years, serving as chairman of the board of director for 4 years. For 9 of those years, he was a junior fireman and served as a captain for 2 terms. J.R. is proud to continue in his family business, which has been providing chemical resin injection grouting services and solutions to New York for over 80 years.

Renae has been employed at The Gombert Organization for the past ten years. She is the office manager, in charge of taking care of product submittals, M.S.D.S. sheets, product ordering, and other required information. She also handles insurance, union remittance, and AIA’s.
